Snaggo
For Kristal Alderson, Archwares is building Snaggo, a hyper-local community marketplace that connects residents, businesses, and agents through deals, discovery, and town life, not just another coupon feed.

The challenge
Hyper-local trust, not another deal dump.
Kristal wanted Snaggo to feel like a town square: consumers snagging deals into a wallet, businesses posting offers and events, agents discoverable in a directory, artisans selling in a time-gated farmers market, and admins keeping the community clean.
The hard part was scope discipline, build an MVP that feels warm and usable for non-tech-savvy residents, while architecting for Phase 2 (QR redemption, POS) without rebuilding the backend later.
The approach
Three surfaces. One community system.
Cross-platform React Native app for consumers, a web portal for businesses/agents, and a web admin dashboard, backed by NestJS, PostgreSQL, WebSockets, and Stripe subscriptions.
Core MVP modules include a grouped business feed (anti-clutter), Snag Bag wallet with expiry/history logic, visual deal redemption, town directory, community calendar with roaming food-truck schedules, and a Thursday-Sunday local farmers market.
The outcome
An MVP built for community, and for what comes next.
Snaggo is scoped as a production MVP: design-first validation, future-proof token IDs for redemptions, modular Deal of the Day, and a Lampasas-first launch with multi-town architecture ready underneath.
