Backend Glamor needed an assistant that could reason over market context, pull live data sources, and answer through channels operators already use (especially Telegram) without a brittle one-off bot script.

We built NORO as a Flask service around OpenAI Assistants/Threads, with market-data connectors, web search helpers, and a Telegram bot interface for conversational delivery.
Session state, status endpoints, and webhook wiring made it operable as infrastructure, not just a demo chat window.
